Aroma: The nose opens with peat but also a certain freshness, featuring notes of barley malt, brined olives, and vanilla.
Taste: The peat smoke is present but not overpowering, complemented by citrus, honey, BBQ meat, and black pepper, with hints of cereals and brine.
Finish: Medium length, with notes of malt, ginger, and peat smoke, followed by hints of burnt wood and ash.
